Concrete canvas is a kind of soft cloth impregnated with cement, it is a 3D fibre composite structure made of polyethylene and polypropylene filament, which will react with water and harden into a very thin waterproof and fireproof durable concrete layer.

Application

Features

1. Concrete Coth is green in several ways.

First, it can save about 95% of construction materials as it is the only way of laying a thin concrete layer from a prefabricated roll of material. This directly reduces the CO2 footprint of construction work not only through material savings but also through reduced road transport and time on site. In addition, if left untreated the material will naturally ‘green’ over time as it allows moss growth, while the fibre-reinforced concrete layer will prevent root-growing vegetation.

2.Concrete canvas is easy to use.

When use the concrete canvas in the field of construction, the site does not need any concrete mixing equipment, as long as the simple concrete canvas on the water or the concrete canvas soaked in water refers to the occurrence of hydration reaction, solidification, limit to enhance the role of concrete, prevent cracking.

3. Rapid solidification

Once the hydration reaction occurs in watering, the necessary processing of the size and shape of the cement blanket can still be performed within 2 hours. Within 24 hours, it can reach 80% strength.

4. Flexible application

The cement blanket has good drapeability and can follow the complex shape of the covered object surface, even the double-sided shape of the stroke. The cement blanket before solidification can be cut or cut at will with ordinary hand tools.

5. High material strength

The fibers in the cement blanket strengthen the material, prevent cracking, and absorb shock energy to form a stable failure mode.

6. Long-term durability

Long-term cement resistant blanket has good chemical resistance, resistance to wind and rain erosion, the sun will not occur under the ultraviolet degradation.

7. Waterproof properties

The underside of the cement blanket has a water-proof layer to make it completely waterproof and enhance the chemical resistance of the material.

8. Fire characteristics

The cement blanket will not support the fire, has the good flame retardant characteristic, when the fire smoke is very small, produces the dangerous gas emission is very few.The cement blanket has reached the European building flame retardant standard B-s1, d0 grade.

Setting time

The initial solidification ≧120 minutes; Final solidification≦240 minutes.

Within 24 hours of hydration, the cement blanket can reach 80% strength.
